BodyUK’s Outdoor Fitness Classes are Here to Help You Lose Weight!
Join our outdoor fitness classes to improve your fitness and have fun. Every session is run by a certified personal trainer who takes great pride in helping you take the necessary steps towards achieving great health. Fitness classes offer the personal training experience within a supportive group environment.
If you find the idea of group fitness classes a little daunting then don’t worry! You’re not alone. At BodyUK we aim to help you have the most fun possible, building your confidence week after week.
6 Week Fitness Plan
When it comes to improving your overall health and fitness, getting started is often the most difficult thing. Joining BodyUK’s 6 week outdoor fitness programme will introduce you to a brilliant group of like-minded individuals who will all be on the same path as you to achieving noticeable fitness results.
What can you expect to achieve in 6 weeks?
If you commit to attending a minimum of two classes per week and follow the nutritional advice provided by BodyUK then you can expect your fitness to improve considerably. You should start to feel healthier, more energised and should lose body fat.
More importantly BodyUK outdoor fitness classes are not just designed to be a quick fix. We aim to provide you with the knowledge and expertise to maintain a healthier and more active lifestyle now and in the future.
The 6 week outdoor fitness programme will be led by Head Coach & Founder of BodyUK, Jem Scragg. Jem is a qualified personal trainer motivated by a desire to help you become fitter, healthier and happier. Jem will be there to support you throughout the process.
What else do you need to know?
Each session will last 50 minutes and is designed to get you moving and burning calories in the most efficient way possible. Our 6 week programme costs just £120 and commences on Tuesday 30th January.
You may attend any or all of the sessions listed below each week. Please remember that for the best possible results we would advise you to attend at least two sessions per week:
Tuesday & Thursday – Evening Session – 7.30pm – 8.20pm
Wednesday & Friday – Morning Session – 6.00am – 6.50am
Each session will be held at Gigg’s Hill Green in Thames Ditton, which is along the Portsmouth Road. Free parking is available at the location.
6 Week Membership
When you join BodyUK you will gain access to a constant support network during and outside the classes.
- Nutrition – You will receive a FREE copy of BodyUK’s cookbook ‘Recipes to Reshape’. This will provide over 100 health recipes to help support your training with the right nutrition.
- Community – You will be invited to join the BodyUK community Facebook page, where all our members can raise any questions or concerns. Our aim is to make you feel comfortable attending sessions and having a strong community feel is something we take great pride in.
- Support – This is not a military style bootcamp. Our sessions are not based on shouting and screaming, but on supporting you and building your confidence. We will offer you constant support throughout the 6 week progress. If you have any questions or concerns then your coach will be happy to help.
- Flexibility – We understand that life is busy and throws up other commitments at short notice. That’s why we offer four sessions a week, so if you can’t make one there is another option.
